Friday, June 17, 2011 Prince George, BC

Took it easy in the morning. We drove into Prince George around 11. Shopped at a couple stores and lunch at Fatburger. Drove downtown but weren’t impressed. Returned to the Park. After the travel briefing we had a big potluck.   We only had one duplicate food item w/all the food that everyone brought – so that was a good thing.  Everyone had their fill. Spence brought out two pies that he bought at the Purden Lake Restaurant as a surprise to us.  We played a couple games, the bag toss and another similar game using large washers – throwing them into very small holes.  We laughed until our sides hurt.   Tried to mail a couple cards but the Canadian Post Office is on strike.     No pictures.
